近年来，浙江省衢州市坚持生态优先、绿色发展理念，充分利用低丘缓坡建造“农光互补”光伏电站，上层光伏发电，下层用来种植中药材、旱粮、水果等，不但没有额外占用土地，还助力农民增收。当地供电公司全程服务，优化电网运行方式，推动清洁能源发展。
