2024年年初，最高人民法院确定全国首批106个相对薄弱基层法院，吹响脱薄冲锋号。现在工作进展如何？突出问题有没有实质性解决？政治、业务特别是班子、队伍建设整体上有没有明显改观？2024年7月11日起，人民法院新闻传媒总社推出“脱薄争先检阅台”栏目，以融媒体报道的形式，客观报道薄弱法院以脱薄向强促整体提质增效的工作成果，全面展现薄弱法院转变理念、增强信心，奋力争先、不等不靠，努力为基层治理注入强大司法动能的拼搏精神和崭新面貌。
本期“脱薄争先检阅台”走进海拔4700米的西藏自治区措勤县人民法院。自脱薄工作开展以来，措勤法院始终把脱薄作为持续推进审判工作现代化水平的有力抓手，在上级法院和当地党委的指导帮助下，全院上下齐心协力，共同发力，以优化配强班子队伍、提升审判工作质效、更好服务基层治理为思路。通过一年的努力，措勤法院18项审判质量指标均处于阿里地区合理区间范围内，当地群众满意度持续提升，从脱薄不断走向了“争先”。
